Here is a quick list of five Kansas bloggers you should follow. They focus on topics of travel, food, and lifestyle.

As a traveler and writer, I find inspiration in reading others' first-hand experiences. Also, when in the planning phase of travel, blogs are an informative resource. Providing detailed accounts, reviews, and guides.

Wichita by E.B.

My go-to source on what’s happening in the “Air Capital of the World” is Wichita by E.B.. Since 2011, this blog has grown to become a trusted authority on Wichita. Covering “over 900 restaurants and establishments” its strongest focus is on places to eat - but also covers things to do and events.

Roxie on the Road

Traveling across Kansas and throughout the Midwest, Roxie on the Road provides detailed articles on destinations visited. Author of the blog Roxie Yonkey, also recently published a book 100 Things to do in Kansas. With over 55 Kansas-focused posts, it’s sure to get your travel vibes flowing.

Kansas Travel

Keith Stokes, a longtime Kansas explorer, is the writer behind the Kansas Travel blog. A personal account of his journeys around the Sunflower State, the blog is updated with multiple new posts every month. Keith also does a great job updating reviews and posts on attractions and businesses when information changes.

Fert the Foodie

Fert the Foodie doesn’t have a traditional blog format, but he does have a Facebook page where he posts images and details of his foodie adventures. Based in the Wichita area, Fert the Foodie posts daily to his 13,000 followers about his trips to local eats. More than once his feed has made my stomach growl.

One Delightful Life

A combination of a travel and lifestyle blog, One Delightful Life is full of inspiring ideas. Follow along as blog writer Vanessa takes you along for the ride. Her posts are filled with images and with short easy-to-read descriptions. Most recently she shares about traveling one of Kansas’ main roadways - I-70. Stopping in the communities along the Interstate.

Kansas City Bucket List

While technically not official in Kansas, Kansas City Bucket List does cover communities, attractions, and businesses on Kansas’ side of the KC metro area. This blog is vibrant and fun, created by a digital content creator. Along with special interest guides like girlfriends getaways, the ultimate happy hour guide, Kansas City Murals, and the blog also highlights Mindy’s travel photography.
